Gangothri Public School (GPS) is a proud part of the Gangothri Education Trust, widely recognized as GET, an institution dedicated to discovering and nurturing young talent, and shaping future leaders ready to excel in a fast-paced world.
The journey of the Gangothri family began in the academic year 1998–99 with the launch of its Pre-Nursery batch, steadily expanding to include Gangothri Public School as a natural progression. Nestled on the tranquil outskirts of Mysore—a city renowned for producing child prodigies—GPS provides a safe, scenic, and enriching learning environment.

Science Laboratories
Gangothri Public School takes pride in its fully-equipped Biology, Chemistry, and Physics laboratories, thoughtfully designed to support the academic curriculum and spark curiosity in learners of all ages. These labs act as a practical extension of classroom instruction, encouraging students to explore, experiment, and discover concepts firsthand.
From Class 5 onwards, students are introduced to lab-based learning, gaining early exposure to visual and hands-on experiences. This early interaction not only builds self-confidence but also enhances conceptual understanding, laying a solid foundation for Board examinations and higher academic pursuits.

Computer Science & Digital Literacy
As part of the ICSE curriculum, Computer Science is offered as an elective subject, with students receiving dedicated training to excel in their Board exams. A strong foundation is built from the primary and secondary levels, ensuring readiness for advanced learning.
To maintain focus and discipline, social media use is strictly prohibited on campus, and all lab systems are configured to block such platforms. However, the computer labs remain open and accessible, encouraging students to explore, research, and expand their knowledge during recreation hours in a guided and safe environment.
